Pre-Listing:
I am successful in selling homes for my clients and assisting them through a very difficult process.
I assist sellers in preparing their home for sale.
I develop a marketing plan with the sellers to meet their needs.
I work with sellers in setting a price that is realistic for them & the future buyers of their home.
When Listed:
Start the marketing as planned; including advertising, Brokers open, home opens, etc.
I assist sellers in choosing the buyer that will close sale.
I do my utmost to close every sale through negotiations during the selling/buying process.
I check with the buyer's lenders throughout their loan process.
I maintain a high level of communication with the seller throughout the entire process.
